The CCPIA® Coaching Program is a free member benefit that offers one-on-one sessions with on-staff Senior Inspector Advisors & Business Consultants. You can book a virtual meeting to discuss inspection challenges, work through business growth and expansion, or talk through your thought process for guidance and clarity.

⮕ How do I join my coaching session?
Meetings are conducted on Google Meet. Save your confirmation email and use the link provided to join your session.
⮕ How long is each coaching session?
Each session can last up to one hour.
⮕ Who is eligible for the coaching program?
The coaching program is available exclusively to active CCPIA® members.
⮕ What is the cost for a coaching session?
This service is entirely free for members. For membership information and to join, go here.
⮕ What should I do to prepare for my session?
Come with specific questions, challenges, or goals in mind. If you’re referencing a particular inspection or document, have those materials ready to share during your session, or email them to your coach prior to the meeting.
⮕ What kinds of topics can I discuss during my coaching session?
You can talk about anything related to commercial property inspections and running your inspection business. This includes help with inspection procedures, setting their scope, report writing, pricing, client communication, marketing, team development, or just getting started in general.
⮕ Can I get help reviewing an inspection report or project I’m working on?
Yes. Our Senior Inspector Advisors and Business Consultants can walk through a report with you, offer feedback, and help troubleshoot issues or uncertainties with specific properties or clients.
⮕ Can the coaching sessions help with marketing or business growth?
Absolutely. Many inspectors use these sessions to talk through business development strategies, brand positioning, pricing models, and growth opportunities. They can help plan for logo and material design services and orders, too.
⮕ What if I need help but no times are available?
If the calendar is fully booked, email fastreply@ccpia.org to be added to the waiting list. We’ll reach out if a spot opens up. In the meantime, we recommend getting in touch with a CCPIA® Mentor or joining an upcoming Roundtable Meeting on Zoom. Both options are completely free. The Roundtable is open to all (no membership required), and the Mentoring Program is exclusively for members.
